Claude LÉZÉ (20th) for the ARTISANAT DE MAROLLES. Rectangular oak table, the top in several assembled parts. Stamped on the reverse. 74.5 x 220.5 x 89 cm. (Worn patina, discolouration to the top). Six wooden chairs with straw seat, found with the table. Unmarked and unstamped but work from the 60s. Height: 102 cm Note: in 1964, Jean TOURET decided to devote himself entirely to sculpture, and left the artistic direction of the "Artisans de Marolles et du Loir-et-Cher" group. The craftsmen in the original group became independent again and founded a new group called "Artisanat de Marolles", which was joined by a joiner from Blois, Mr Claude LÉZÉ.
