The set comprises a total of 2793 engraved plates (they are numbered 3129 if double or triple plates are included). The fold-out distribution table is present in volume XI. Volume XII is entitled "Suite du recueil de planches sur les sciences..." and is complete with the three plates relating to Hermaphrodites. A pleasant copy in contemporary binding.
