20th C JAPAN - Set of four garments comprising : - Black silk crepe kimono with printed cranes on a background of clouds and plants. Red silk lining. Dimensions: 150 x 125 cm. Presence of thread - Black silk crepe kimono decorated with sakura flowers, some enhanced with embroidery, and three partridges, all set in a mountainous landscape. The decoration runs inside and outside the kimono. Double satin collars. Red silk lining. Size: 175 x 124 cm. Small stains - Silk brocade haori jacket with stylised water lily motif and contrasting cream silk lining, fastened with a woven silk tie. - Silk brocade haori jacket with chrysanthemum design.
