France Pair of 5-barrel pepperboxes by Prélat Ebony stock with chiselled two-screw busc, decorated and carved with diamond-shaped and chiselled steel cap with passage for ring, steel stock flange decorated en suite with starting from the busc in a cartouche engraved "INVon PRELAT BREVETE A PARIS 1555" on one and "INVon PRELAT BREVETE A PARIS 1556" on the other. 5 bronzed round barrels with central ring at the end in their middle, chiselled trigger guard, mechanism to be re-examined or rolling barrels.
