Officer's pistol, Etat Major model 1855. Private order for an officer, made in Liège. Stamped on the left side on the lower barrel: ELG in an oval, N crowned. Cap, hammers, trigger guard, cap and thunderbolt finely chased with foliage. The butt cap has a slot for a bullet. Beautiful walnut stock, squared on the lower part, slightly split at the breech tail. Beautiful mirror polished finish. Good working order.
