Devisme revolver of officer to percussion model 1855/1857 with internal hammer. Made in Liège by A. Francotte. Octagonal barrel marked: "DEVISME À PARIS", on the right side of the console: "DEVISME BTÉ" and numbered: "1099". The trigger guard is stamped: "D V" surmounted by a crown, in an oval. AF hallmark interlaced on the barrel. Formerly blued, remnants in places. Fine scratches on the barrel. Good condition.
