Rare print signed lower left, titled upper right, 36.3x25 cm + frame 46x34.5 cm. Oguri is a character from medieval Japanese literature. He was a Japanese artist, engraver, painter and draughtsman. He was one of the last great masters of Japanese woodblock printing, known for his warlike drawings and scenes from Japanese history and legend.
