CHINA, 19th century - 5-leaf carved and painted cinnabar-red wooden folding screen, frames entirely carved and decorated with floral motifs, resting on carved feet with dragon heads, top parts decorated with moving pediments, carved and decorated with fantastic animals (Fo's dog, tiger, tortoise, eagle and dragon), removable inner panels, size of each leaf: 176.5 x 50 cm. A few accidents and missing pieces.
