Louis XVI style mantel. The straight lintel is enlivened in the middle by a rose within a lozenge, a motif also present on the jambs. Two additional roses are placed at the ends of the lintel. The top of the trumeau features a frieze of grape vines with a male head in the middle. Two pilasters with Corinthian capitals, decorated with plant motifs, support the frieze. An imposing carved and moulded cornice with a beaded frieze completes the composition. 19th century. Stone. Height 250 cm - Width 157 cm - Depth 52 cm
