LOUIS VUITTON. Commemorative bronze plaque dedicated to Monsieur Jules GATINE (1907-1949), probably at the time of his retirement. H_11,6 cm L_8,3 cm. Jules GATINE worked for the Vuitton company. In 1914, he was awarded the silver medal for collaborator at the Lyon International Urban Exhibition (source: Christie's Paris sale, 3 July 2024).

An ormolu and Griotte red marble Egyptian clock decorated with a bare-chested Egyptian woman supporting the dial, surrounded by hieroglyphic columns topped by bulls' heads. The so-called "Thomas Hope" model. The dial with Roman numerals, signed Joseph Dieudonné KINABLE, Palais Royal n°131, active between 1780 and 1825. Empire period. A, illustrating a similar example signed Caillouet in Paris. An entirely comparable model, with an antique brown patina, dated circa 1805, is in the collections of the Royal Pavillion in Brighton, the model by Thomas Hope.

Insolate, spotting, one vertical tear. A drawing by Jan Erasmus Quellinus in the same technique, dated "1689", depicting The Last Supper, was exhibited by the Gallery. Cornelis SCHUT (Antwerp 1597- 1655). The Trinity surrounded by putti. Pen and brown ink, brown wash over black pencil lines. H_18,9 cm W_16,8 cm, curved at the top Doubled drawing, slightly insolated, small stains at the bottom and small hole at the top right. Annotated in black pencil on the mount in the lower centre "Diepenbeeck". Our drawing can be compared to another with the same subject, technique and composition in a private collection (see RKD online). We know of an engraving by Rombout Eynhoudts, in the opposite direction and with the same subject, based on a destroyed painting by Cornélis Schmidt. destroyed painting by Cornélis Schut, formerly in the Jesuit church in Cologne (see Cologne (see :s, G.Wilmers, Cornelis Schut, a flemish painter of the high baroque, Brepolp, Belgium, p.389, fig.A74, rep. A large and beautiful moulded, carved and gilded wooden sofa. The top of the back is decorated with fan-shaped acanthus leaves. The rim and contours are adorned with a frieze of tracery. Louis XVI period. This sofa, which is not stamped, was most probably made by Georges Jacob, who was awarded his master's degree in 1765. H_107.5 cm W_230 cm D_80 cm

Rare pair of green velvet saddlecloths embroidered in polychrome silk thread with the coat of arms of the Counts D'AVEIRAS - PLENA DA SILVA (a lion encircled by a branch of bramble); count's crown and cross of the Order of Christ. Green velvet braces. 18th century. H_149 cm L_157,5 cm, small accidents, mainly to the straps, but good general condition.

Jacques-Emile BLANCHE (1861-1942). Paris. Oil on panel, signed lower right. H_34 cm W_23,5 cm, yellowed varnish. In a modern patinated and gilded wood frame.

French school of the 19th century. Bust of a man, possibly Fénelon. Life-size terracotta sculpture, resting on a base painted to resemble marble. 19th century. H_67 cm W_53 cm D_23 cm
