Handwritten letter signed, dated Lyon 26 June 1811 for Montélimar authority.
"Reports on the arrest of Joseph Boucher and the woman Rencurel: "the husband of the latter being in Lyon, after some submissions on the part of his wife, had forgiven her and was decided to take her back. All of the belongings seized from the said woman had been given to her husband when, at the moment of leaving, she refused to follow him. Following Mr. Rencurel's request, I had his wife re-arrested and I have just issued a requisition to the Gendarmerie to have her brought before you, etc. I am still temporarily holding Mr. Joseph Boucher; if you deem his presence necessary in Montélimar, I will have him transferred there, etc.

NOTE / BARON ABRIAL, appointed by the Emperor to Lyon on 12 September 1810, he left his post in March 1813 to become Prefect of Finistère.
