MARSEILLE 1784 A Louis XVI period silver oil and vinegar cruet with its stoppers. Decorated with fairy leaves and pearl friezes. It stands on four openwork scrolled feet with pearl friezes. A pair of crystal flasks. Marks located on the body with the mark for MARSEILLE 1784 (knot with vintage "84"). Mark of the master goldsmith: Joseph TEISSERE ("IT" crowned and fleur-de-lys below), received in 1769. Maximum length : 30.1 cm. Silver weight: 633.4 gr Total gross weight (with flasks): 1207.04 grams. Two clamping bolts missing. Restoration to the mounting.
