Because of Murat's presence in the armies, the government fell to Caroline, who ran the country perfectly. On the orders of Ferdinand IV Murat was arrested and sentenced to death, executed on 13 October 1815.

In this capacity he founded the association des Poilus de Touraine. Mayor of MONTBAZON (37) 1939/41 & 1945/47, General Councillor of Montbazon 1939/40 & 1945/51, President of the Indre & Loire General Council 1945/46 & 1947/57. ( ** ) François BAZIN : born and died in Paris 1897 / 1956 - sculptor and medallist. École Nationale des Arts Décoratifs & École supérieure des beaux arts de Paris. Created the radiator cap for Hispano Suiza (stork 1920), the black Citroën cruise (Mangbetu woman's head), Isotta, Latil, Unic, La Licorne cars... Stayed at the Villa Médicis as Grand Prix de Rome in sculpture in 1925.

1818 - MEDAL of the "COMMERCIAL BROKERS of the city of PARIS, TRIBUTE to "A.S.E. MGr LE COMTE ANGLES ( * ) / MINISTRE D'ETAT : PREFET de POLICE". - Obverse: Mercury holding a caduceus and a purse, seated on a parcel, ship's prow in the background, to the right a cock crowing; in the exergue: M.D.XVIII, signature of medal maker Galle. Bronze - 41 mm - 40 grams. ( * ) Jules Jean Baptiste Anglès : born in GRENOBLE on 29 July 1778, died at the Château de Cornillon in Mably / Loire - Intendant in Silesia (1806), in 1814 Minister of Police during the 1st Restoration; he followed Louis XVIII to Ghent during the Hundred Days. Elected deputy for Hautes Alpes on 22 August 1815. Appointed Prefect of Police for Paris on 29 September 1815, a post he left on 18 December 1821 to retire to Mably, where he was elected Mayor.

MEDAL OF THE FIRST MODERN OLYMPIC GAMES, GREECE 6 April 1896. Reissue of the copper medal awarded to the champions for 2nd place in the competition. Identical to the medal engraved by the French medal artist Jules CHAPLAIN (1839-1909), second prize of Rome 1860, first grand prize 1863, for the Monnaie de Paris. Obverse: "OLYMPIA", face of Zeus, his hand holding the terrestrial globe surmounted by a winged Victory holding an olive branch - reverse: inscriptions in Greek (Olympic Games in Greece 1896) and view of the site of the Acropolis of Athens. - 49 mm - 52.21 grams. - SUP

Medal of the "S.T.A.C.A." ANCIENS COMBATTANTS du CANTON D' AMBOISE (37). Silver class (silver bronze) circa 50s/60s - struck by Arthus Bertrand. Representation of the statue of Auguste Bartholdi, warrior riding his mount at full gallop, above a Roman fallen on the battlefield, statue appearing in Clermont Ferrand in the centre of the Place de Jaude, which has become the symbol of many battles. On the reverse: coat of arms of the town of Amboise between 2 palms of oak and olive leaves, with the words "canton d'Amboise S.T.A.C.A.". 50 mm - 44 grams.
